Hey, everybody. Welcome to Camp Little Bites. I'm Erica, your resident Little Bites camp counselor. And today we're going to be making tinfoil boats.

This is a challenge. Are you ready? I know I am.

Here's what you're going to need for this project. Some tinfoil, a basin of water, some little bowls from the kitchen. And also, don't forget your Little Bites muffins.

[BELL RINGS]

Now, to get started, you're going to take your tinfoil and roll it out. I cut this into a square. It could be a rectangle-- honestly, anything works. It doesn't have to be perfect. And then you're going to take your bowl, flip it over.

This is going to be the base for our boat. And you're simply going to use your hands and press it all the way around, creating a tight seal. And we want to make sure we put our hands around the bottom and around the sides to make sure it's really, really solid. Keep in mind, we don't want to poke any holes. We need this to float.

That's it. It's time to flip it over. Now let's see. Perfect, and it came right out.

Now we're just going to go around the edges and make sure that they're flat. And I'm going to push it down just a little bit. We want to create a nice bottom of our boat. I think it looks good. I think I need a bite of one of these.

OK, I think we're ready to try this now. Now, very carefully, you're going to stick your tin foil boat right into the water. It's happening.

Now, for the challenge part, how many Little Bites can we fit in there? Should we do it? Let's dive in.

One, two, three, four, five-- oh my gosh-- six, seven, eight! Oh! Oh, my gosh.

It did not tip. It's floating. This worked. These look amazing.

That was so much fun. I had the best time. See you guys next time on Camp Little Bites. Stay crafty.
