Hey, everybody. Welcome to Camp Little Bites. I'm your counselor, Erica. Now, at my house, building is a big deal. From forts to building blocks, you name it, we build it. And today, we're going to build. But we're going to be building with Little Bites Banana Muffins. We're doing 3D muffin shapes. Let's get started.

For today's project, you're going to use Little Bites Banana Muffins, some wooden skewers, or, if you have popsicle sticks or toothpicks, those work as well.

[BELL DINGING]

Now for kids, teaching them how shapes can go from 2D to 3D is a big thing. Now, it's really simple. We're going to take four banana muffins. Line them up here. I'm going to put a skewer right in between. Use what works at home. That's the idea about crafting-- get creative. It doesn't have to be exact.

Now, as you can see, this is so quick. We're almost done. We need one more. Now, all four are together, and we have our square base.

This is a fun project that any age can do, which I love for the whole family to get together. Next up, we need to build our top structure. So we're going to be taking four more kebabs. Now, if your sticks are long, you can cut them or break them in half. Just be sure that you don't use the sharp side.

This is a STEM project kids will love because, you know what, they get to eat it after. [CHUCKLES] So just to top it off with one more banana muffin. This is so cute. Look at this beautiful pyramid. So good I could eat it. I mean, I probably will.

You know, you don't just have to do pyramids. You can take a triangle, and you can turn that into a tetrahedron. Yeah? Try to say that three times fast. Or, for our future architects, go wild-- or should I say, go bananas-- and create a more complex shape here.

Check it out. Fun, right? We went from a pentagon and made this really funky structure. I can't wait to see your 3D muffin shapes. Make sure you share them. And thanks so much for joining me at Camp Little Bites. I'll see you soon.
